Click de green button ( LET’S WALK) to start. We should wait 10 seconds because if GPS finds our localitation and start to walk.
We can look a real- time walker in the screen.
Every time we feel pain in some leg, we should click the red button ( PAIN ). A new screen appears, which we can indicate intensity of pain and side leg. Then we can save information.
When you finish your exercise, click button STOP. It is in the bottom of screen. A new screen appears,which asks us about smoke and pills. We should mark green in afirmative case and black in negative case.
Then, we should click green button ( SAVE and EXIT ). If we would not want saving the exercise, we should click red button ( EXIT without SAVE ) and if we would like follow walk in the same exercise, click the red button ( CANCEL).
All information will be saved automatically. We can do this procedure two times per day.
When we would like to take us pressure, we should click the red button ( INTRODUCE PRESSURE).
A human body appears with 2 arms and 2 legs.
We should take the systolic arterial pressure ( maximum) in both arms and both legs ( 5cm up from ankle ) with the external device to mesure pressure. We should introduce information in all spaces. Then, we should click green button ( SAVE ). If some mistake exists, we could cancel.
An approximated ankle-brachial index is calculatedautomatically by the application. We can do this precedure one time per week.
Walks and pressures screens
This screen keeps all walks: total meters-day, pain meters, side leg and intensity, pills and smoke habits and all pressures. This screen allows us to realize our walk without pain evolution.
This screen keeps a graphic summary information about maximum meters without pain ( WALKS ) and ankle-brachial index.
When your application has been instaled in your smartphone, you should configure ( CONFIGURE BUTTON ) days which you would like to receive the remainder to walk. We allow how much more, it will be better. It is appearing automatically at 10 a.m.
You can also mark what day of the week you want to receive reminders to mesure pressure.
